Russ Lee
I was born and raised in Marshfield, Wisconsin and attended UW-Oshkosh and UW-Stout, were I received my degree in Special Education. Following my studies, I taught Special Education for a year and went on to work as a school psychologist. In 1991, I became affiliated with Lee & Associates as a sales representative in the areas of life, health, auto, and property and casualty (both commercial and residential). I reside in Lac du Flambeau, where I enjoy water-related activities such as fishing, skiing and snorkeling in my free time.

Nancy Hilger
I was born in College Station, Texas, a suburb of Houston and home of the Texas Aggies. As a result of my father’s career, we lived overseas and traveled to many countries to include Africa, Europe and the Holy Lands. I’ve visited all of the U.S. states and the Canadian Provinces. The traveling bug brought me to Wisconsin in 1985 and I relocated to Minocqua in the year 2000. I was drawn to the beautiful Northwoods with its many lakes and outdoor activities. I am active in my community and a member of the Lakeland Area Rotary Club and the Headwaters Builders Association. Presently, I am a fully licensed agent for Insurance Group of Wisconsin. My main focus is Business Insurance specializing in the Hospitality and Construction industries.

Lynn Horack
I was born and raised in Racine, WI. I relocated to the beautiful Northwoods in 1978. After earning my Business degree I owned and operated a restaurant/tavern. In 1997 I obtained my insurance licensing in auto, home, health and life. I joined Lee & Associates in 1999 where I’m currently the office manager and personal lines specialist. With my training and experience I can help you identify all your personal insurance needs. I look forward to meeting with you.
Carolyn Carter
I joined the agency in 2000, but have been in investments and insurance since 1994. I believe in my clients and have retained those relationships from 1994. Always wanting to retire in the Northwoods, I moved to the area in 1999 and purchased & managed a small resort in the area for 6 years. I can say without reservation that I do understand the needs of the hospitality business up here! Being a VietNam era veteran, I’m also involved in veterans affairs. Now residing and working from my home office in Saint Germain.
Don Myers
I’m a Wisconsin native and moved to the Northwoods in 1979. Prior to joining Lee & Associates three years ago, I spent thirty years in the automobile business. My wife, Debra and I have one son who resides in San Diego. Debra is co-owner of the “Curring Cabin” in Rhinelander. We live in McNaughton in a home owned by our two dogs and two cats. In my spare time, I enjoy golf, hunting, fishing and writing. I’m licensed in life, health, home, auto and all types of business insurance.

Matt DeLaat
Raised in northern Wisconsin, I have resided in Rhinelander since 1979. I have owned or been involved in several small businesses, banking, insurance sales and as a loan originator specializing in mortgages. I believe the broad range of my business experiences and my first hand knowledge of the Northwoods economic & business environments will allow me to help our clients find the products and services most beneficial to their specific situations. My favorite pastimes include golfing, fishing and playing guitar in local bands.

Linda Nelson
I was born and raised in Stoughton WI. In 1990 my husband and I moved to St Germain WI to raise our two children. I was trained with American Family Insurance as an office manager where I was licensed in property, casualty, life & health insurance and in 2007 moved to Lee & Associates. In 2003 my husband started his own plumbing business and I help him with the business so I understand small businesses and their needs. In my spare time I enjoy camping, ATV riding and just getting out & exploring the great Northwoods.

Randy Boettcher
Wisconsin is my home state. I reside in Brookfield. I have been in the investment industry since 1990 and I am series 7 & 24 licensed. I have been associated with Lee & Associates for several years. Part of my background is in the “hospitality industry”, I identify with those businesses on a commercial business level. I appreciate working with individuals to help them meet their investment and insurance needs. In my spare time I enjoy the great outdoors, camping, hunting, fishing, golf and racing. There are also lots of spectator sports that I follow closely. Go Badgers!

Deena Menze
I was raised in Manitowish Waters, Wisconsin and now reside in Winchester with my husband and two daughters. I hold an Associate Degree in Administrative Assistance from Northwestern Technical College, Green Bay. I’ve worked for Lee & Associates since 2004 and have recently received my agent’s license in Property and Casualty.
Philip J. Lewandowski
I have been a permanent resident of the Northwood’s since 1995, but not new to the area. I have been coming to the Northwood’s since 1981. I grew to know the majority of the local residents in my visits prior to my move Chicago. I have made community involvement my first priority. I purchased a local resort, and quickly became a businessman in the Northwood’s. In addition to the resort I also brought 15 years experience as a painting & wallpaper contractor, and began a long-term relationship with my fellow neighbors.
I have been President of the Boulder Junction Lions Club three times and I am still on the Board of Directors. Also I became a member of the Boulder Junction Snowmobile Club, and serve on the Board of Directors as well. I am active in the local Chamber of Commerce and have served on that board in the past.
In 2004 I attained my Real Estate license and I presently provide those services. I joined the team at Lee & Associates in 2009 and I am licensed in property, casualty, and life insurance, you’re your personal and commercial insurance needs. I feel I have gained the respect and trust of members of my community, and I hope to have the opportunity to gain yours as well.
